1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the app and website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The service
Protecting Your Eyes in a Digital World is a wellness and habit-support platform. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. See our Medical Disclaimer.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Trial and subscriptions
- New users receive a 14-day full-access trial.
- After the trial, continue with Pro Monthly ($6.99/month) or Pro Annual ($59.99/year).
- There is no permanent free tier and no lifetime plan.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You keep access through the end of your current billing period.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable fees.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in violation of applicable law. We may suspend accounts that do.
7. Intellectual property
The service, including its content and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” for general wellness purposes. We make no medical claims and no guarantee of specific health outcomes.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
