Privacy Policy
Privacy is a core product pillar. Here's what we collect, what we never collect, and the choices you have.

Our privacy-first commitment
Protecting Your Eyes in a Digital World is designed around privacy. The app supports healthier screen habits without the invasive tracking that makes many monitoring tools uncomfortable.
What we never collect
- Screen contents or screenshots
- Browsing history or the websites you visit
- Keystrokes or what you type
- Individual productivity scoring for employers
Information we do collect
- Account information — such as your name and email address when you create an account.
- Subscription & billing — processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
- App wellness data — reminders, breaks, and routines you complete, used to power your reports and Screen Wellness Score.
- Basic, privacy-friendly analytics — aggregate site usage to help us improve, without invasive cross-site tracking.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide the service, manage your trial and subscription, generate your reports, send essential transactional emails, and improve the product.
Service providers
We share limited data with trusted processors only to run the service — for example Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), our hosting provider, and Cloudflare (DNS and storage). Each processes data on our behalf under appropriate terms.
Data retention & deletion
You can request deletion of your personal data at any time. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data except where we must retain limited records for legal or billing purposes.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Children
The consumer product is intended for adults. Future school features will include additional protections appropriate for younger users.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the updated version here and revise the “last updated” date above.
